What is TNAMB?

The Tennessee Association of Mortgage Brokers is the only statewide industry-supported association dedicated to advancing the knowledge and understanding of the mortgage broker profession. In doing so, TNAMB strives to educate and inform the public, legislators and government agency officials regarding the many valuable services and benefits mortgage brokers provide to home loan borrowers.

      How has your year been, so far? If you are like me I’ve made some real positive progress in learning new guidelines on existing loan programs, readjusting my marketing efforts and re-contacting past customers who might still benefit from my help on their existing mortgage. For me, this year has been a year of adjustments, changes, reflections and reorganization. I find myself looking for new ideas and learning from others on what they are doing to cut back on expenses and keep up loan production.

      I would assume that you have undergone the same process in your office and you are also looking for opportunities to listen to others, learn from of our industry’s best and network with those who are doing the right things to keep their companies growing. I want to make sure that you are aware of a great opportunity to do just that at the first NAMB Southeast Convention to be held in New Orleans, August 22-26, 2008.    Read more...
