About TNAMB

Representation

The Tennessee Association of Mortgage brokers is the only statewide industry-supported association dedicated to advancing the knowledge and understanding of the mortgage broker profession. In doing so, TNAMB strives to educate and inform the public, legislators and government agency officials regarding the many valuable services and benefits mortgage brokers provide to home loan borrowers.
Information

TNAMB membership is composed of small and large businesses that specialize in the origination and processing of mortgage loans. Our membership also includes many Corporate Wholesale Lenders that offer competitive products to both conforming and non-conforming (B/C) brokers. In working with a Mortgage Broker, borrowers are better informed of the many mortgage finance programs available on the market today and are matched with a loan product suited to their financial needs.
Communication

Through its series of conferences, association services and periodic news publications, TNAMB provides the resources necessary for ongoing communication of education, training and regulatory issues affecting the mortgage brokerage industry. With membership in TNAMB, your interest are supported and represented by a growing network of business professionals involved in or affected by the residential loan market.
Government Relations

As a clearinghouse of resources and information pertinent to licensing and regulation, TNAMB seeks to improve the regulatory practices, policies, and procedures of government agencies involved in mortgage broker regulations.
Publications

The Tennessee Mortgage Press is available to members as a member benefit and provides articles of interest to mortgage professionals. For advertising rates and editorial contributions, call The Mortgage Press at (800) 890-8090.
Other Benefits
