This year's annual conference will be hosted at the Marriott Cool Springs in Franklin, Tennessee. "Your Pathway to Excellence" conference will provide participants with opportunities to explore different paths, all designed to further professional development and career growth.
The first path includes a two-day Trade Show with mortgage related vendors from across the United States. This is a great opportunity for attendees to speak one-on-one with professionals and learn more about new products and services available in the industry. The Trade Show is Thursday, May 8th and Friday, May 9th. The entry fee is complimentary with the submission of a business card.

The Tennessee Association of Mortgage Brokers invites you to attend a free educational seminar and trade show. The seminar will be held on Friday, May 9th from 8am - 1pm in the Arabian Room at the Franklin Marriott Hotel and Conference Center in Franklin, TN. The seminar is free and open to the public.
The Trade Show will include thirty companies that will exhibit their products and services from across the country. The Trade Show begins with a reception and cash bar from 4-8pm on Thursday, May 8th and will run from 9am-12pm on Friday, May 9th. Registered exhibitors are listed below.
Registration for the seminar and trade show is free with the submission of a business card or a completed registration form that will be available onsite.

FHA Lending - 8:00am
Franklin American Mortgage is offering a training class on FHA LENDING. This "nuts and bolts" class will be conducted by a Franklin American's instructor and those in attendance will receive a FHA Lending Manual. It will contain the latest information on FHA changes and program announcements.
Down Payment Assistance - 10:00am
AmeriDream Down Payment Assistance will conduct a workshop on how to use DPA with FHA. AmeriDream (a non profit) provides downpayment assistance to FHA buyers. In some instances it allows a buyer to purchase a home with no out of pocket expenses.
Money Merge Account Program - 10:30am
